Thank you so much for choosing Sassi Bby! We take immense pride in creating our art dolls, each crafted with love in very limited quantities. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or offer refunds.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
Before completing your purchase, we kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address to ensure it’s accurate. Incorrect address information may cause delays or complications in processing and delivery, and we may not be able to assist with any issues resulting from address errors.

Packaging and Processing:
Each order is packed with extra care and attention to detail, ensuring that your Sassi Bby doll arrives safely to you. Please understand that it takes time, effort, and materials (included in the shipping fee) to properly package each art doll for transit. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Damage During Shipping:
While we put a lot of care into packing your order, sometimes damage can occur during transit. We ask that you kindly inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Please note that Sassi Bby cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or dispute. They will be able to assist you with any issues related to shipping damage.
