Order Processing Time:
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. Please note that this processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times:
All Sassi Bby orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA using UPS or USPS for all shipments. Delivery times vary depending on which carrier is used, but please allow the standard shipping time from each carrier. We do not offer express or overnight shipping.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are set by UPS and USPS, and unfortunately, we do not have control over the rates they charge. These rates are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within the United States.
